Research on the Construction Path of Football Industry College in Higher Vocational Sports Colleges Under the Background of Vocational Education Reform

Yunnan Vocational College of Sports，Kunming，Yunnan Province，65o228 China [Abstract] This paper is based on the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Planof the integration of industry and education requirements，combined with the footballidustry's average annual compound growthrate of 15% and more than 5Oo OoO talent gap in the industry data，revealing the construction of industrial colleges on the development of characteristics of the dual significance of the regional economic services.The current construction processis faced with thereal dilemmas such asthe virtualization of thecollaboration mechanismofindustry-teaching synergy，the laggingofthe currculumsystem behind the demandofjobs，the insuficient proportionofdual-teacher teachers，and low compliance rates of practical training equipment.Therefore，itputs forward the implementation paths of innovating the mechanism of industry-teaching fusion andcollaborative education，constructing the integrated curiculumsystemof "job，course，competitionandcertificate"，implementing theprojectofcultivating"dual-teacher and dual-capable" teachers，perfecting the multi-dimensional resource guarante system，and establishing the mechanism of dynamic evaluation and fedback improvement in order to provide a practical paradigm for the development of vocational education typification and effectively promote the deepconnection between the education chain and the 基金項(xiàng)目：2025年云南省教育廳科學(xué)研究基金（項(xiàng)目名稱：職教改革背景下體育類高職院校足球產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院建設(shè)研 究，項(xiàng)目編號：2025J1583）。（剩余5533字）
