[Abstract] Toaddressthelack of scientific guidanceinthe physical developmentofchildren during their sensitive period，this studyutilizedthe "collge-kindergarten"collborative model toconstructatheoreticalandoperatioal plan for the physical development of children during their sensitive period. The training mainly covers four core areas： balance，coordinationandagilitystrengthandendurance，andflexibility.Thestudyalsoproposed specific practicalpaths： creating exploratoryenvironments todevelop dynamic balance abilies，designing integrated games topromoteoveal coordination，enriching situationalactivities toenhancecore strength，and guiding lifestyleimitation toimprove body flexibility.This planaims toprovideasystematicreferenceandimplementationpathforthescientific，safeandffective physical development practices of children under the collaborative mode of "collge-kindergarten".
