[Abstract] Toaddressthelack of scientific guidanceinthe physical developmentofchildren during their sensitive period,this studyutilizedthe "collge-kindergarten"collborative model toconstructatheoreticalandoperatioal plan for the physical development of children during their sensitive period. The training mainly covers four core areas: balance,coordinationandagilitystrengthandendurance,andflexibility.Thestudyalsoproposed specific practicalpaths: creating exploratoryenvironments todevelop dynamic balance abilies,designing integrated games topromoteoveal coordination,enriching situationalactivities toenhancecore strength,and guiding lifestyleimitation toimprove body flexibility.This planaims toprovideasystematicreferenceandimplementationpathforthescientific,safeandffective physical development practices of children under the collaborative mode of "collge-kindergarten".
