Investigation,Research,and AnalysisofMedical Students' Dynamic Quotient -Takinga Medical School in Yunnanas an Example

[Abstract] In order to understand thecurent situation of medical students' exercise behavior in a medical college in Yunnan Provinceand exploretheinfluencingfactors oftheirdynamicquotient,it proposes effctive solutions toguide medical students inscientific physical exercise,such as the useof sports appand exercise guidance,inorder to further improve the exercise behavior quotient of our students.In this study,stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to investigate students fromtheschool,covering 9majors including clinical,oral,and nursingvolume.Atotalof3251 college students participated inthe questionnaire survey.The study found that our students were morelikely tochoose toplayatlow-intensitytoandforlessthan3Ominutesexerciseontheschoolsportsfield;Therearecertaindiffreces inthemanifestations of exercisebehaviorsamong students of diffrent genders and grades;Theoccurrenceof sports injuries willhaveacertain impact on exercise behavior;The useof sports apps may increase the duration ofstudents' physical exercise.
