Research on the Path of Physical Training Promoting the Improvement of College Students' Physical Fitness

Schoolof Physical Education,Guangzhou Huashang College,Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,5113oo China [Abstract] Given the increasinglysignificant trend ofdeclining physical healthamongcollege students,physical training has become acritical breakthrough inthereformof physicaleducation teaching incolleges.This paper employsresearch methods such as literature review andlogicalanalysis to explore thecorevalueof physicaltraining in enhancingcollege students'cardiorespiratory function,muscle strength,and psychological resilience.Basedonthecurrent situationof continuous decline inphysical ftness indicators,unhealthylifestyles,and weak healthawarenessandexercise wilingnes among collge students,the paper proposes physical fitnesstraining strategies to promote the improvement of college students' physical fitness.These strategies include reconstructing the physical training curriculum system,optimizing teacherand resourcealocation,innovating teaching models and evaluation mechanisms,building acampus sports culture ecosystem,and promoting the integrationofsports and education,and technological empowerment.The aim is to provide a solid practical foundation for future physical fitness training for college students.
