Research on the Application of Core Strength Training in Volleyball TeachingandTraining

NanchangNormal University,Nanchang, Jiangxi Province,33oo32 China [Abstract] Involeyball teaching and training,core strength training,asanadvancedconcept toenhance the comprehensive abilityof athletes,has become the focus of people'sattention.Basedon this,this paper mainlyexpounds the basic concept of core strength and analyzes the importance ofcore strength training in volleyballteachingand training,including improving thequalityand standardizationof movements,enhancing bodystabilityandbalanceability, improving strength quality and energy output,strengthening the control of nerves over muscles,enhancing explosive power and jumping ability,and preventing sports injuries,etc.At thesame time,specific application strategies of core strength training in vollyball teaching and training were proposed again, incuding scientifically selecting andcombining training methods,emphasizing the pertinence and effectiveness oftraining content,reasonably arranging training time and intensitystrengthening traningsafetyawarenessand measures,introducing technologicalmeans toasist training, andfocusing onthe cultivation ofathletes'psychologicalquality.Itaims to provide effective guidance for voleybal teaching and training,enhance thecore strength level of athletes,and thereby improve their competitive performance in volleyball matches.
