[Abstract] Basedon themethodsofliterature research and logical analysis,it is found thatthe dilemmaofteenager badminton training mode innovation in the context of the current sports and education integration is mainly the separation of goals concepts,the mechanism operation obstruction,the imbalance of resource supplyand demand,and the single evaluation system. Based on this,the following specific innovative paths are proposed to reconstruct the value systemof"sports man"and solve the problem of ideological suspension; it builds the mechanism pattern ofcooperative education and breaks the bariers ofmechanismseparation; itbuilds aresourcesharing eficiency platform toallviate thedilemma ofresources scarcity; itinnovates theevaluation guidanceof multi-dimensional developmentand eliminates the evaluation imbalance anxiety.
