Research onthe Cultivation Model of Reserve Talents in Competitive Sports Empowered by Digital Intelligence

Sichuan Sports College，Chengdu， Sichuan Province， 61oooo China [Abstract] With the rapid development of information technology，digital intellgence technology hasbecome acrucial engine driving the transformationof talent cultivationmodels in competitive sports.To explore themodelof empowering reserve talents in competitive spoits with digital intelligence technology，this paperemploys research methods suchas iteraturereviewandlogical analysis.Itfirst examines theapplication effectsofdigital intellgence technology intalentselection，training，andcultural education.Subsequentlyitidentifiesexistingissues，includingtheiitations of the pyramidmodel，thelimitationsof thetowermodel，andthedeficienciesofthetransfermodel.Building onthis， the paper proposes strategies for talent cultivation，such as constructing a digital inteligence-based talent selection platform，refining the digital inteligence training system，and promoting regional collaborative development.These strategies aim to provide strong references for innovating the talent cultivation model in competitive sports.
