Dilemma and Optimization Path of Cultivating Practical Innovation Ability forMaster's Degree Students in Sports

School of Physical Education，Hebei Normal University，Shijiazhuang，Hebei Province，O5oo24 China [Abstract] Underthebackgroundofserving thenationalsportspowerstrategy，thepracticalinnovationabilityof sports master's degree graduate students has become the core task of talent cultivation.This article is guided bythe strategic needs of serving thecountry.Firstly，itclarifies theconnotationand value of practical innovationabilityof sports master'sstudents.Then，usingacombinationofliteratureanalysisand problemdiagnosis，it systematicallysortsoutthe main problems in the current cultivation， including insuficient guidance from national conditions，weakened practical orientation，insuficient integrationof scientificresearchand practice，andan incomplete quality evaluationsystem.On this basis，four optimization pathsare proposed：buildinganideologicaland politicaleducationsystem thatserves the national strategy；it improves the collaborative mechanism of industry-education integration； it promotes the collaborative education modelofscienceandeducation integration; itestablishesadynamicand diversequalityevauation system.Theresearch results provide theoretical supportand practical paths for the reform of graduate education in sports majors，whichwillhelpaccelerate theconstructionofahigh-level andapplication-orientedsports talent training system and contribute to the goal of building a sports powerhouse in the new era.
