Research on the Practical Path of Integrating Regional Culture into the Traditional National Sports Curriculum in Colleges andUniversities

WANG Yaxuan Wuhan SportsUniversity,Wuhan,Hubei Province,43oO79 China [Abstract] Traditional national sportscarryrichcultural connotations.Integrating them intothephysical education curiculum of colegesand universities is notonlyaneed for inheritanceand development,but alsoan important way to innovate teaching models.The construction of traditional national sports curriculum from the perspective of regional culture faces problems such as imperfect curriculum system,single teaching methods,and insuffcient depth of cultural inheritance.Through the constructionof a diversified and interactive curiculum system,inovative teaching models,the establishment of a practical platform,and the establishment of an evaluation mechanism,itcan promotethe deep integration of traditional national sportsand regional culture,enhance students'cultural identity, improve theefectiveness of physical education teaching,and realize thecreativetransformation and inovative development of traditional national sports culture.
