[Abstract] The report of the2Oth CPCNational Congresspointedout thatitshould adhere to the prioritydevelopment of education，self-reliance inscienceand technology，andtalentleadership，andacelerate theconstructionof education power，technology power，and talent power.Promoting the construction of curriculum ideological and political education inuniversityphysicaleducationclases isakeystepinimplementing thespiritofthe2OthNationalCogress. Currently，although physical education classs inuniversitiesfocuson impartingsports knowledgeandskils，the educational vaue and ideological and political education resources contained therein areoften overlooked.In viewof this，thisarticledeeplyexplorstheintegrationdegreeandeffectivenessofideologicalandpoliticalelementsinthepublic physical educationcuriculumofUniversityofSanyaanalyzesthekeyfactors thatafecttheefectiveness，suchateacher andfaculty strength and student acceptance，aiming to provide data support and strategic guidance for the reform and innovation ofideological and political education in the public physical education curriculum of Universityof Sanya and other universities through specific and feasible optimization countermeasures.
