[Abstract] Withtheextensive penetrationofvirtual realitytechnologyin China's educationsector,ithas gradually becomeadriving force for the modernization reform ofaerobics teaching.To further promote the integration of "technology + aerobics teaching",this paper adopts scientific research methods such as literature review,case analysis, andlogical analysis toanalyze thetechnicalsupportroleof virtual realitytechnology foraerobics teachingfromseveral dimensions,including breaking thelimitations of learning time and space,reducing the risk ofaccidental injuries, improving the accuracy of movement guidance,and optimizing environmental simulation effect.It deeply explores the feasible strategies for the further integration of thetwo,including creating immersive training scenarios,formulating personalized teaching plans,innovating the requirements for teacher construction,and improving the comprehensive evaluation system inseveral aspects.Itaims to transform the traditional thinking of teachers and students in aerobics teaching and drive the improvement of teachingqualityand eficiency with modern technology.The research ultimately indicates thattheintegrationofvirtualrealitytechnologyinaerobics teaching has important teaching reformsignificance and hasachieved certain integrationresults.In future teaching practices,it is necessary tocontinuouslyexplore the practical direction and incorporate the advantages of modern technology into the aerobics teaching system.
