[Abstract] The researchemploys themethods of literaturereview,experimentation,and mathematical statistics to analyzethe training methods forlower limb strengthandexplosive power inadolescent sprinters.Relevant literature related to "adolescentsprinters","lower limb strength",and "explosive power"was selected from platforms like CNKI and Wanfang to provide theoretical support forthe research.Thecharacteristics of short distance runing,as wellas the concepts oflowerlimb strength and explosive power,are elaborated.Based onthe training requirements forlower limb strengthand explosive power insprinting,acomposite training planis develoed,encompasing various methods such as single-leg and double-leg composite training,rapid expansion and contraction composite training methods, andtraditional resistance training.The research results indicate that thecomposite training method efectively enhances lower limb strength and explosive power in sprinting. Compared to pre-training test results,the improvement in the results of 30m , 60m , 100m ,standing long jump,standing triple jump,and vertical jump tests increased by 5.81% 3.61% 7.60% 8.60%, 4.60% and 4.99% ,respectively. Based on the training results, suggestions are proposed from the aspects of controling training loads,warming-upand recoveryactivities,personalized teaching,and organizing specialized technical training,in order to further optimize the training effect.
