實戰(zhàn)化視域下警察院校體能訓練的策略研究

[Abstract] In order to adapt to the increasingly complex practical needs of modern policing work，the physical training of policeacademies isundergoingaprofound transformation into practical combat.Itscontent system covers speed training centered on non-standard startingand reaction chasing，strength training characterized by adversarial wrestling and composite equipment， endurance training aimed at high load continuous operation，and agility training focused on obstacle crossing and multi posture transformation.This article systematically proposes the follwing measures： it strengthens the training of explosive starting ability to improve the response speed to suddenalarm situations;it introducesadversarial compound training modeto enhance the effctivenessof manual control; it buildsa highload continuous training system toensure the physical fitness required for performing long-term duties; it designsobstaclescenario training programs to enhance mobility andadaptability in dynamic environments.This approach aims to provideaclear path references and theoretical support for police academies to cultivate reserve police officers with comprehensive practical skils.
