[Abstract] It isof great significance to introduce group training methods into the field of military physical fitnesin order to enhance the practical and scientific level of militarysports training.This method efectively delays fatigue and sustains high power output by adding brief intervals within the traditional training group,thus meeting the demands of moden warfare for military personnel's composite physical fitness.This article constructs a group training system based on this,which includes training content such as team colaboration strength,group competition endurance, situational response speed,and dynamicadversarial stability.Italsoproposesaseriesof implementationstrategies, including building overalload tasks,introducing groupcompetition mechanisms,integrating practical scenarios,and adding dynamic interference links,inorder to provide systematicreference for frontline troops to caryoutscientific and practical physical training.
