線上線下混合式教學驅動健美操課程的創(chuàng)新研究

[Abstract] Basedonliterature research and logicalanalysis,this research focuses onthe innovativedriving effectof blended online and ofline teaching onaerobics courses in higher physical education institutions.The research found that the value of blended teaching in driving innovation in aerobics courses lies in technological empowerment to break through barrers toactionskillacquisition,optimization ofartistic expresson cultivation through digital resources, data-driven implementation of personalized training prescription customization,and the construction of immersive learningexperience fields throughvirtualrealsymbiosis.Thecurrntmain limiting factorsareconcentrated in thedigital literacy gapof teachingsubjects,insuficient integration ofcoursecontent,weak supervision of the learning process, andthe singularityofevaluationtools.Basedonthis,itissuggestedtoenhance specializeddigitaliteracyandreshape teaching competence,constructadual track progressivecuriculumcontent integration model,createanintellgent monitoring feedback system to strengthen processcontrol,and promote the dynamic combination of performance evaluation and technical assessment.
