[Abstract] Under the background of Healthy China strategy，the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports is of great significance for achieving the goal of asports power and buildingthe all-round healthy development of tenagers.This research systematicallyanalyzes thecurrent situationandchallengesofthecultivationofreservetalents for competitive sports in China and proposes development paths.The existing practicalchallnges are uneven distributionofhigh-qualityresources，insuficient refinementof talenttraining policies，lack of scientificandtargeted teenagers training，and obstacles to the implementation of sports education integration. Proposed development paths is to promote the dynamicflow ofhigh-quality resources and achieve crossregional sharing of high-quality resources; It refines talent cultivation policies and improves thesystemofmulti-partycollaborative governance;Itscientifically carries out youth trainingand improves thequalityof training; Itsmoothly implements the process ofintegrating sports and education，and pays attention to the comprehensive physical and mental development of tenagers.
