[Abstract] In thecontext of the comprehensive implementation of te nationalfitnesstrategy，professonal social sports instructors play a crucial role in the standardized processof social sports.Through analyzing the current situation ofthe cultivationofprofesional social sports instructors，itis found that there are difficulties such as confusion in the positioning of cultivation objectives，imbalanced curiculum system， weak faculty team，and lack ofability evaluation system.Based on this，an optimization path is proposed to clarifytheeducational ojectives， adjust the curriculum content，optimize the teacher structure，and promote multi-party collaborative education， providing high-quality human capital support for national fitnessand promoting the construction of asports power.
