[Abstract] Basedon literatureresearch and logical analysis，this paper aims to explorethe dilemma and relief paths faced bycontemporarycollege students incultivatingtheir wilpowerand character inthe fieldof physical education teaching incolleges.Research has found that physical education incoleges face dilemma in implementing wilpowerand character education，such as deviation from valuerationalityingoal positioning，lack of systematic integration incontent design，emphasis on outcome-oriented evaluation mechanisms，and significant lack of cultural immersion.Based on this，the following relief paths are proposed to reshape the curiculum goal orientation and implement thefundamental task ofLide Shuren; Itoptimizes thecombination of project carrers toachieve hierarchicaland progressve shaping of willpowerandquality;Theinnovation processevaluationsystemhighlights theassssmentofdevelopmental growth; It buildsacollaborative education ecosystem and strengthens the cultivationofcampus sports culture and character.
