養(yǎng)老院空巢老人“體文養(yǎng)”融合的健康促進(jìn)機(jī)制

[Abstract] Empty-nesters elderlyinnursing homes have healthcare needs interms of physical health，valuecare neds intermsofmentalhealth，andelderlycareservicesneeds intermsofdailycare.The"integrationof physicaleducation， culture and elderlycare" health promotion mechanism forempty-nesters elderly in nursing homes is conducive to improving thequalityof lifeof theelderly，reducingthe burdenoffamilyelderlycare，and maintaining social stability andharmony.At present，the construction of the "integrationof physical education，culture and elderlycare" health promotion mechanism for empty-nesters elderly in nursing homes construction is facing many diffculties，mainly manifested aslagging cognitive awarenessand alack of integration consciousness;unbalanced resource allocationand shortcomings infacilities and contents;absence of professional supportandlimited servicecapabilities;unsmooth system and mechanisms and hindered collborative development. In response to the above problems，optimization strategies for the "integration of physical education，culture and elderly care" health promotion mechanism for empty-nesters elderly in nursing homesareproposed，mainly including strengtheningideological guidance to stimulate participation vitality; it improves facilityresoures toensure theimplementationofactivities; itenhances profesional support to improve servicequality; it strengthenssocial collaboration topromote resource integration.Itis expected thatthis research can provide references for improving the health level and quality of life of empty-nesters elderly in nursing homes.
