[Abstract]Basedon the methodsof literatureresearchand logical analysis，this paper aims to explore thepractical dilemmaand relief path of the construction of football youth training system in the context of Chinese path to modernization.Research has found that barriers to the learning and training system lead to insuficient integrationof sports and education，and young players face dual pressres ofacademicadvancement and training;The imbalanceof resource supply exacerbates the regional development gap，and the foundation of youth training in border areas and grasroots is weak; The competition system has weakened its function of educating people through competition，and thereisalack ofcoordinationand scientific selection in thecompetition;Cultural cognitive biasesweaken the foundation of sustainable development，and there isa widespreadutilitarian tendency insociety towards footbal education.Based onthis，the folowing reliefpathsare proposed toconnect sportsandeducationresources，break down the dual barrers oflearning and training; Itcoordinates regional cooperation to bridge theresource allocation gap; It reconstructs thelevel ofsports events toactivate talent growth channels; It cultivates footballculture to build asolid foundation for sustainable development.
