Implementation Strategies for Student Work in Private Colleges Oriented by Employment Ability Cultivation

AbstractAgainst the backdrop of the intertwined contradiction between the popularization of higher education and structural employment，thecultivation ofemployment ability for students in private universities faces systematic challenges such as lagging strategic planning， weak teacher guidance，and cognitive biases among students.Based on the theory ofeducational ecology， visits and research were conducted onthe curiculum design，faculty capacity，and employment awarenessof some private universities，and it was found that there are many practical shortcomings in the employment of students in these universities，which restrict the improvement of teaching management work.To this end，athree-dimensionalmanagement strategyis proposed，includinga collborativestrategic planing systembetween industry and education，an ecosystem for enhancing teacher capabilities，and amechanism for awakening student subjectivity.Empiricalresearch hasconfirmed that thethree-dimensional management strategyofstudent work guided by employability provides a reference solution for solving the dilemma of "supply-demand mismatch"， which is conducive to promoting thedeep integrationofthe education chain，talent chain，and industrychain，and providing a practical path for private universities to fulfilltheir social responsibilities.
