Research on the Path of Labor Education for Medical Students in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of "Five Educations" Simultaneously

AbstractLabor education is a crucial pathway for cultivating the comprehensive literacy of medical students in higher vocational colleges,embodying the integrated educational value ofmoralcultivation,intelectual enhancement, physical strengthening,andaesthetic nurturing.However,inpractical implementation,laboreducationoftenremains marginalized,with issuessuch as imperfect curriculum design,one-sided content,and severe utilitarian tendencies, which hinderthe al-round developmentofmedicalstudents.Basedonthe educational philosophyof "FiveEducations" Simultaneously (simultaneous promotionof moral,intellctual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education),tis pper analyzes the current status and problems of labor education for medical students in higher vocational coleges and explores paths to optimize it. Countermeasures are proposed from aspects such as grasping the educational orientation, following educational laws,innovatingeducational models,and strengtheningcolaborativeeducation,aiming to construct an al-round and multi-level labor education system, deeply integrate labor education with professional education,and enhance medical students'vocational skils,social responsibility,and labor values.
