AbstractGraduate education，as the top-level design of higher education，has profound significance incultivating advanced talentsand promotingscientificand technological innovation in China.The article summarizes and generalizes the experience of graduate education and management at Sichuan University，such as "Graduate Zero" and "Dachuan Vision". By analyzing and interpreting theprocessof gaduate enrollment and training in the new era，it summarizes the changes in graduate enrollment policies and training models，in orderto provide important references for graduate application and research career planning，and to provide inspiration for improving the quality and eficiency of graduate education management and building a new era graduate education system.

近10年來，我國研究生招生規(guī)模穩(wěn)步擴(kuò)大，越來越多的學(xué)生加入考研大軍，加之國家對人才培養(yǎng)政策的不斷調(diào)整，使得研究生教育包括研究生招生和培養(yǎng)等方面的政策也在不斷調(diào)整，我國的研究生教育進(jìn)入了新的發(fā)展時(shí)期。（剩余7277字）
