Optimization of Teaching Mode of Law Courses in Economics and Management Majors under the Background of New Liberal Arts

（School of Economics and Management， Anhui University of Science and Technology， Huainan，Anhui ） AbstractEconomic law，tax law and other legalcourses are the professionalfoundation courses for students majoring in management.These courses help students understand the legal knowledge related to China's socialist market economy and cultivate their ability to analyze and solve practical problems using legal knowledge.Based on the requirements of the construction of new liberal arts for the cultivation ofcomposite talents with both legal and management professional knowledge， this article analyzes and summarizes the common problems of single teaching mode，lack of practical links，and homogenization of teaching content in different majors in the law courses of management majors.Specific optimization strategies are proposed in order to provide useful references for improving the teaching effectiveness of law courses in management majors.
