Research on the Phenomenon of "Delayed Employment" for College Students and the Practical Path of Employment Guidance Work

AbstractFacing profound changes in the supply-demand relationship ofthe job market，the traditional employment guidance modelin coleges and universities—focused on information release and policy advocacy can no longer meet young people's multi-dimensional needs for deepened career awareness， systematic decision-making support， and integrated development resources.By analyzing the characteristics of the "delayed employment" phenomenon among collge students and combining it with the problems in colege students'employment guidance，this paper proposes implementation strategies such as building a ful-cycle dynamic employment guidance system，constructing an intellgent employment service platform，and innovating the industry-education integration and collaborative education mechanism.The aim is to establisha more inclusive and forward-looking employment guidance system，so that talent cultivation，career choices，and social development can form a resonant effect，achieving the unity of individual values and social development.
