AbstractAppliedundergraduatecolegesareanimportantcomponentofthe highereducationsystem，and theirprofessional layout notonlyafects thequalityof talentcultivation，butalsoimpacts the sustainabledevelopment ofregional economy and the enhancement of industrial competitiveness. How to build a profesional system that dynamically adapts to industrial upgrading，and achieve eficient integration between professional optimization and regional development strategies，isanimportant isse inhigher educationreform.The article analyzes the necesityofoptimizingandadjusting majors inappliedundergraduatecoleges under regionaldevelopment，and proposes implementation strategies such as buildingadynamic professonaladjustmentmechanism， constructinga profesionalclustersystem，and improvingasientific evaluationsystem，icombinationwiththeproblemsexitinginteprofessionalconstructionofappliedundergraduatecollges. These strategiesaim toachieve deep integrationof theeducationchain，industrychain，and innovationchain，and promote sustainable development of regional economy through a more efficient professional system.
