AbstractThis study focuses ontheclinicalteachingreformofobstetricsand gynecologybasedontheBOPPSmodel. Analyzetheadaptabilityofthe modeltoclinical teaching，developreformplansfromtheaspectsofintroductionandgoal seting，stimulatestudents'interestthroughcreatingscenarios，setthree-dimensional goals forknowledge，skils，and profesional qualities，accuratelyunderstandstudents'foundations throughmulti-dimensionalpre-test，enhancestudents' comprehensiveabilities throughparticipatorylearning，useformativeevaluationsystemtotest teachingresults，andcarry outetrospectivesummarytostrengthentheknowledgesystem.Thereformhas effctivelyimprovedthequalityofclinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology，providinganew path for innovation in medical education.
