Application of Project-Based Teaching in Social Insurance Course Teaching

AbstractWith the continuous improvement of China's social security system， the professonal level of social insurance administration services hasbeen consistently elevated，thereby imposing higher demands onthequality of talentcultivation.However，thereisanotabledisconnectbetweenthetheoreticalinstructionofsocial insuranceandits practical application，as traditional classroom teaching struggles to meet the training needs of social insurance professionals under the new circumstances.Taking the project-based teaching reform ofthe Social Insurance course as a starting point，five major insurance project clusters have beendesigned， with a focus onimplementing thre practical projects：social insurance benefit eligibilitycertification，medicalinsurance adjustment，andwork-related injurycases. Supportedbya multi-level practical training platform，acollaborative education mechanism between schools and local authorities，and a tracking assssment and rating system，a systematic teaching framework is constructed.Targeted optimization suggestions are proposed to provide insights for the reform of the Social Insurance course.
