Research on New Paths for Cultivating Geriatric Nursing Talents in the Context of an Aging Society

AbstractAgainst the backdrop of accelerating aging society，the contradiction between the growing demand for geriatric nursing and the shortage of talents has become prominent.This paper focuses on the cultivation of geriatric nursing talents，analyzing the new requirements of anaging society for geriatric nursing talents in terms of demand characteristicsandabilitystandards.Through exploringpathssuchas industry-education integrationandcolaborative education， reconstruction of modular curriculum systems， the "academic education + vocational certification" dualtrack system，and digital empowerment，this paper proposes a series ofstrategies tooptimize the cultivation modelof geriatricnursing talents.Theaim is to improve thequalityof geriatric nursing talents，met the social demand for professional geriatric nursing personnel， and promote the development of the geriatric nursing industry.
