AbstractThe article aims to explore the structural characteristics of the group ofcolege students facing employment difficultiesunder the new situation,the main factors causing diffculties,and the pain and diffcultyof the current assistance mechanism in practice,and propose specific coping strategies.Through in-depth analysis of employment groups facing economic dificulties,psychological barriers,and mismatched abilities,combined with background factors suchaschanges inindustrialstructure,conflicts incareerconcepts,andlack ofsupportsystems,thisarticleaims to construct a scientific and efective assistance system to promote the smooth employment ofcollege students facing employment difficulties.
