AbstractThecombination of industry,academia andresearch is the main way to promote the reform ofeducation and teachingin vocationalcoleges,aming toachieveadeep integrationofeducation with industryandscientificresearch.The educationandteachingreformof vocationalcolegesbasedonthecombinationof industryacademiaandresearch can strengthen the interaction between education and industryand provide new ideas for cultivating innovative talentsand improving the qualityof education in vocationalcoleges.The article explores the path of educationand teaching reform in higher vocationalcollgesbasedonthecombinationofindustryacademia,andresearch.Itanalyzescoreelementssuchas industrydemandorientation,techologyresearchanddevelopmentcolaboration,andtheconstructionofpracticalplatforms. It elaboratesontheoleofindustryacademia,andresearchcolaborationiimproving tachingqualityfcultyblding,and enhancing students'employability.It proposes the useof industrydemand guidance,technology researchanddevelopment collaboration,and practical platform construction to promote education reform inhigher vocational colleges.
