Construction and Practice of Training Mode for Master Degree Candidates in Civil Engineering and Hydraulic Engineering

AbstractThe training mode of professional degree postgraduates with the integration of industry and education for colaborative education is of great significance for improving postgraduates' practical innovationability and scientific research level，and cultivating high-level applied talents who meet the needs offuture social and industrial development. Aiming to solve the relevant problems existing in the training of master degree candidates in civil engineeringand hydraulic enginering，according to the training goalof "solid foundationand strong characteristics"， this paper presents the relevant measures and suggestions of Henan Universityof Technology in aspects such as the construction of the supervisor team，the improvement of practical teaching links，the construction of practical bases， and the improvement of the joint training mechanism， as wellas the preliminary construction achievements，and explores the construction and practice of the postgraduate training mode based on the integration of industry and education for collaborative education.
