AbstractSpecialized,refined,andinnovativetalentsarethecore driving foreandimportantsupportforthedevelopment ofnewquality productivity.Thearticleanalyzes theproblems inmatching thedemandfor talentcultivationanddevelopment of new quality productivity inthe specialized,refined,and new industrycolege.Based onthe PDCA closed-loop managementtheory,itproposesamechanismfordemandmatching,resourcecoconstructionandcomanagement,teacher training,andevaluatiofeedback,providingreferencefortalentcultivationinspecialized,ined,andnewindustryollges under the background of new quality productivity.
