國(guó)家級(jí)職業(yè)教育教師教學(xué)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)水平評(píng)價(jià)研究綜述
摘要文章基于職教創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的基本內(nèi)涵,評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)設(shè)定與選取原則,全國(guó)職業(yè)院校教師教學(xué)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)方案中的建設(shè)目標(biāo)和任務(wù),文獻(xiàn)檢索國(guó)內(nèi)職教創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)研究進(jìn)展,梳理出5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和12個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)組成的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系雛形,最后對(duì)職教創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)水平評(píng)價(jià)研究工作做出總結(jié)和展望。關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育;創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì);評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)

Review on the Evaluation of the Construction Level of Teaching Innovation Teamof National Vocational Education 'Teachers

Abstract Based on the basic connotation of vocational education innovation team, the setting and selection principles of evaluation indicators, the construction objectives and tasks in the construction scheme of teachers' teaching innovation team in national vocational colleges, the paper sorts out 5 primary indicators and 12 secondary indicators on the research progress of domestic vocational education innovation team construction evaluation by using the literature research method. Finally, it summarizes and prospects the research work of the evaluation of the construction level of vocational education innovation team.
