基于醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求的藥學(xué)教學(xué)改革研究

摘要醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展離不開(kāi)藥學(xué)教育教學(xué)的支持，基于醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求的藥學(xué)教育教學(xué)改革工作可從明確藥學(xué)高等院校各利益相關(guān)者職責(zé)、制訂專(zhuān)業(yè)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、調(diào)整高等院校教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法、優(yōu)化實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)、組織深化就業(yè)指導(dǎo)服務(wù)等路徑開(kāi)展，為提高藥學(xué)高等院校教學(xué)工作綜合水平提供參考，切實(shí)提高藥學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)；發(fā)展需求；藥學(xué)高等院校；教學(xué)；改革

Research on Pharmaceutical Teaching Reform Based on the DevelopmentNeeds of Pharmaceutical Industry

Abstract  The development of the medical industry cannot be separated from the support ofpharmaceutical education and teaching. The reform of pharmaceutical education and teaching based on the development needs of the pharmaceutical industry  can be  carried  out by  clarifying the responsibilities  of various  stakeholders in pharmaceutical  colleges  and universities， formulating professional curriculum standards， adjusting the teaching contents and methods of colleges and universities， optimizing the practice teaching links， and organizing colleges and universities to deepen employment guidance services，  to provide reference for improving the comprehensive level of teaching work in pharmaceutical colleges and universities， and effectively improve the quality of pharmaceutical personnel training.
