海南省醫(yī)學(xué)生崗位勝任力及其影響因素調(diào)查

摘要了解醫(yī)學(xué)生崗位勝任力的現(xiàn)狀，能為提升醫(yī)學(xué)生崗位勝任力提供實(shí)證依據(jù)。文章采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法，選取海南醫(yī)學(xué)院8個(gè)醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生共778名為研究對(duì)象，進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明，不同專業(yè)和不同年級(jí)醫(yī)學(xué)生崗位勝任力存在顯著差異，相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷、家人從事醫(yī)療相關(guān)工作，定向培養(yǎng)因素影響醫(yī)學(xué)生的崗位勝任力。關(guān)鍵詞崗位勝任力；醫(yī)學(xué)生；影響因素

Investigation on Post Competency and Influencing Factors ofMedical Students in Hainan Province

Abstract  To understand the current post competence of medical students and provide empirical basis for improvingmedical students' post competence. A total of 778 medical students from 8 medical majors in Hainan Medical Universitywere investigated with cluster random sampling method， conducted the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. Theresults demonstrated that there were significant differences in post competency among medical students of different majorsand grades. Relevant factors， such as work experience， family members engaged in medical related work， and directionaltraining factors affected the job competency of medical students significantly.
