Abstract： Under the background of digital education， how to effectively enhance the digital literacy of vocational college teachers is not only a requirement for the reform and development of digital teaching in vocational education， but also a requirement for the development of universities and teachers themselves. It is of great significance for improving the quality of digital education in China. Taking the digital literacy of vocational college teachers as the research object， this paper explains the connotation and constituent elements of digital literacy， analyzes the current situation of digital literacy of teachers， and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving digital literacy of teachers from three aspects： society， school， and teachers.

為深入貫徹落實(shí)黨的二十大精神，扎實(shí)推進(jìn)國家教育數(shù)字化戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)，完善教育信息化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，提升教師利用數(shù)字技術(shù)優(yōu)化、創(chuàng)新和變革教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)的意識、能力和責(zé)任，2022年11月30日，教育部發(fā)布《教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)》行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)發(fā)展提供了指導(dǎo)方向，為教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)提升和評價(jià)提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[1]。（剩余6779字）
