Abstract: Under the background of digital education, how to effectively enhance the digital literacy of vocational college teachers is not only a requirement for the reform and development of digital teaching in vocational education, but also a requirement for the development of universities and teachers themselves. It is of great significance for improving the quality of digital education in China. Taking the digital literacy of vocational college teachers as the research object, this paper explains the connotation and constituent elements of digital literacy, analyzes the current situation of digital literacy of teachers, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving digital literacy of teachers from three aspects: society, school, and teachers.
