Abstract: The National College Student Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Social Practice and Technology Competition is aimed at the major strategic needs of the country, with the theme of "Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction, Green Energy". The scale of the competition is gradually expanding, and the number of entries is also increasing year by year. In order to deeply explore the path of improving the quality of entries, this paper comprehensively uses questionnaire survey method, grounded theory method, and other methods based on literature review and interviews. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method establishes a comprehensive evaluation system and analysis results for the effectiveness of the "four abilities" indicators. Based on the research results, we construct research suggestion to promote high-quality development of competitions from three dimensions: universities, students, and competitions.
