Abstract: Graduate supervisors are the first responsible person for the quality of graduate education, shouldering the mission of morality education. They should have a higher political stance, historical responsibility, and educational skills. In response to the current problems of insufficient awareness and ability of some graduate supervisors in morality education, as well as the imperfect mechanism in universities, based on practical operation, we propose six specific paths of course education, practical education, scientific research education, funding education, psychological education, and management education are proposed, as well as five key guarantee measures, improving institutional mechanisms, optimizing training systems, and improving evaluation systems, strengthening incentive mechanisms and implementing supervision and accountability mechanisms, for academic colleagues to study and explore.
