清遠(yuǎn)市舉辦省運(yùn)會(huì)食品安全保障問題深析

摘 要：廣東省第十六屆運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)將在清遠(yuǎn)舉辦，運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)期間的食品安全保障對(duì)清遠(yuǎn)市食品安全監(jiān)管工作提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。本文對(duì)省運(yùn)會(huì)預(yù)賽期間所存在的食品安全保障問題進(jìn)行分析，借鑒省內(nèi)外重大活動(dòng)食品安全監(jiān)管經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從人員培訓(xùn)保障部署、食品檢測(cè)技術(shù)監(jiān)管、信息技術(shù)監(jiān)管和應(yīng)急預(yù)案建立等方面提出了一些建議。

Analysis on Food Safety Guarantee Issues of Provincial Games Held in Qingyuan City

Abstract： The 16th Guangdong Provincial Games will be held in Qingyuan， and the food safety guarantee during the Games poses a serious challenge to food safety supervision in Qingyuan. This paper analyzes the food safety problems that exist during the pre-games of the provincial games， draw on the experience of food safety supervision of major events inside and outside the province， and make some suggestions from the aspects of personnel training and security deployment， food testing technology supervision， information technology supervision and emergency plan establishment.

廣東省第十六屆省運(yùn)會(huì)、第九屆殘運(yùn)會(huì)在清遠(yuǎn)舉辦，賽場(chǎng)分設(shè)在8個(gè)縣（市、區(qū)）和有關(guān)院校，以全省21個(gè)地級(jí)以上市為參賽單位，在項(xiàng)目數(shù)量和參賽人數(shù)規(guī)模上都超越歷屆。（剩余4827字）
