摘 要:食品檢驗檢測是關(guān)系人們飲食安全的重要關(guān)口,做好自身質(zhì)量管理工作為重中之重。本文主要對影響質(zhì)量管理的幾個因素進(jìn)行分析,并以問題為導(dǎo)向,從人員、儀器設(shè)備、實驗室模式、體系建設(shè)和安全制度建設(shè)5個方面進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理的加強(qiáng)和改善,以期通過檢驗檢測機(jī)構(gòu)自身質(zhì)量管理提升,更好地維護(hù)食品安全。

Abstract: Food inspection and testing is an important gateway to the food safety of the people, and doing a good job in their own quality management is the top priority. This article mainly analyzes several factors that affect quality management, and focuses on problem-oriented efforts to strengthen and improve quality management from five aspects: personnel, equipment, laboratory models, system construction, and safety system construction, with a view to improve the quality management of inspection and testing institutions and better maintaining food safety.
