食品微生物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及安全控制對(duì)策探究
摘 要:微生物污染是食品安全問(wèn)題之一,一旦出現(xiàn)會(huì)直接危害人們的身體健康。因此,相關(guān)部門(mén)需明確食品中微生物的危害性,重視微生物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評(píng)估和控制。本文根據(jù)食品微生物污染產(chǎn)生的不利影響,分析了微生物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的產(chǎn)生原因,并提出具體的食品安全控制對(duì)策,以保障食品安全,減少食品微生物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Research on Food Microbiological Risk and Safety Control Measures

Abstract: Microbial pollution is one of the food safety problems. Once it occurs, it will directly harm people’s health. Therefore, relevant departments need to clarify the harmfulness of microorganisms in food and pay attention to the assessment and control of microbial risk. According to the adverse effects of food microbial pollution, this paper analyzes the causes of microbial risk in detail, and puts forward specific food safety control measures to ensure food safety and reduce food microbial risk.
