新時代研究生思想行為特點與教育策略研討

——以中國科學院微生物研究所為例

摘  要：黨的二十大開啟研究生教育發(fā)展的新時代。該文結(jié)合新時代研究生的思想特點和行為規(guī)律，對培養(yǎng)單位現(xiàn)有教育管理和培養(yǎng)過程的改革舉措進行介紹。在剖析研究所導學關(guān)系調(diào)查研究反饋問題的基礎上，為在新形勢下進一步推動研究生教育改革工作的實施，提出一些對策建議。

Abstract： The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened a new era for development of postgraduate education. Based on the characteristics of postgraduates' ideology and behavior in the new era， the reform strategy for educational management and training process in research institutes are introduced. The current situation and existing problems between supervisor-postgraduate relationship through interviews and questionnaires are discussed， while suggestions on improving the quality of postgraduate students' cultivation are further proposed.
