Abstracts：GeneralSecretaryXiJinpingemphasizedattheideologicalandpolicalworkconferenceofnationalcollgesand universtiesthatideologicalandpolicalworkshouldbecarriedoutthroughoutthewholeprocessofeducationandteaching.The ideaofecologicalcivilizationconstructionandhigh-qualitydevelopmentintheneweraandnewsituationhaspointedoutthe directionofthedevelopmentofprinciplesandtechnologiesofecologicalwaterconservancyengineringcoursesandbroughtnew opportuntiesandchalenges.Ecologicalhydraulicengineeringisanapliedfusionofwaterbodiesandengineeing，abranchof theengineeringdisciplinethatisbotholdandyoung.Theinstructiondesignof ideologicalandpoliticalteaching isguidedbyXi JinpingThoughtonEcologicalCivilizationandhigh-qualitydevelopmentinthenewera，combinedwiththecharacteristicsofthe course，takingtheadvancednatureandchalengesfacedbyfamouswaterconservancyprojectsthroughouthistoryinChinaas problem-drivencasestudies，andthebasictheoreticalmethodsandcasesareorganicallyintegrated.Atthesametime，italso incorporatesideologicalandpoliticalelementsintothecuriculumandtheknowledgepointsthatthecourseneedstomasterand integratessubjectculture，idelogicalandpiticaleducation，teoreticalknowledge，caseducationandeducationaliovatiointo teachingcases，enablingstudentstodeeplyunderstandtheimportantideologicalconnotationsbehindtheknowledgepointsinthe processof masteringthem，andcultivateandenhancestudents‘senseofpatriotismandexplorationformacorrectoutlokonlife andgoodprofessionalquaities.Theorganicintegrationoftheteachingdesigncenteredonknowledgepointsandtheconceptof ideologicalandpliticaleducationincourseshasachievedgoodteachingresults，whichcanprovidereferencesfortheideological and political construction and teaching of foundational courses in engineering majors.
