Abstract：TheconstructionofnewengineringactivelypromotedbytheMinistryofEducationrequires that engineering educationincollgesanduniversitiescancultivategraduatestudentswithinovativethinkingandpracticalability.Therapid developmentofbigdataandartficalintellgencetechnologyputsforwardhigherrequirementsforthetalentcultivationof surveyingand mappingremotesensing discipline.However，thecurrentgraduatetrainingmodestillencounterssomeproblemsthat nedtobe brokenthrough.Inordertodeplyunderstandandcopewiththeproblemsinthecultivationof innovativetalents， thispaperexaminesthecultivationmodeof innovativetalentsofgraduatestudentsfromaphilosophicalperspectiveandexplores thereformideasofthecultivationmodeofinnovativegraduatestudents.Thispapercanprovidesomereferenceforthe optimization of graduate talent cultivation mode in the construction of new engineering disciplines.
