Abstract：Thermal manufacturing coursegroupisthecore basic course group of mechanicalundergraduate majors with distinctivaerospacecharacteristicsandmultidisciplinaryintegrationinBeihangUniversityThecoursesincludeEnginering MaterialsScience，Engineering Thermology，AerospaceManufacturingEngineringFoundationandotherseriesofcourses.The curriculumgroupactivelypromotesthecuriculumandideologicalandpoliticalsystemforadvancedmaterialprocesingofaero engineandspacecraftstructuremanufacturing，andputs forwardtheknowledgestructureand’currculumsystemof thermal manufacturingscienceandenginering，whichisorganicallintegratedintothetrainingsystemofmechanicalenginering profesionalsThecuriculumconstructionstrengthensthecultivationofstudentsintegratedsystemengineeringthinkigof "design-material-thermal manufacturing-equipment-process-quality"，andimprovesthecoherenceandepochalcharacterofthe manufacturingcuriculumgroup，anditalsostrengthensideologicalandpoliticalelementssuchasaerospacethermal manufacturing， andenhancesstudents‘initiativeandsenseofgaininginlearninghardtoachievethestrategyofmanufacturingpower.This paperexploresthecombinationofprofesionalknowledgeandideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthepracticeofthemal manufacturingcuiculumgroup，implementsteconstructionofthecuiculumgroupsystemof "Engineering Materials-Thermal Basis-ThermalManufacturingProcess"withdistinctiveaerospacecharacteristics，andconstructsarelativelycompletesetof educational knowledge framework system to help the quality of aerospace personnel training.
