Abstract：Sugarbioengineeringbelongstothefirst-classdisciplineoflightindustrytechnologyandenginering，andisone ofthemosteye-catchinginterdisciplinaryfrontierdisciplinesaftergeneticengineeringandproteinengineering.Itisofgreat practicalsignificancetointegrateideologicalandpoliticaleducationelementsintotheconstructionofsugarbioenginring curriculumandralizetheorganicintegrationofideologicalandpolialeducationandprofesionalknowledge.Inthispaperthe reformgoalofideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthecourseofsugarbiologicalengineringwasreconstructed，andthe implementationpathandplanfortheteachinggoalwaselaborated.Throughthisreformofideologicalandpliticaleducation， students‘professionalpride，idealsandbeliefsofbeinginthesamedirectionasthemainbodyofthenewera，andteachers ideologicalandpoliticalteachinglevelhavebensignificantlyimproved.Moreover，aneduationmechanismofteachingand learning，ideologicalandpoliticaleducationandprofessionaltheoryinthesamedirectionandmutuallypromotingeachothrhas beenestablished，andgoodimplementationresultshavebenachieved.Theresearchresultsofthisprojectcanprovidereference fortheieologicalandpoliticaleducationofsugarscience-relatedprofesionalcoursesunderthebackgroundofthecostruction of the first-class discipline of light industry technology and engineering.
