Abstract：Emergingengineringeducationisastrategicactiontoproactivelyrespondtothenewroundofscientificand technologicalrevolutionandindustrialchange，andanewdirectionforengineringeducationreforminthenewera.Asan importantengineeringbasiccourse，MechanicsofMaterialsiswidelyivolvedinaerospace，mchanicalandcivilengieringetc anditscurrculumideologyandpolitics（CIP）constructionstronglysupportstheimplementationofthefundamentaleducationtask： establishingmoralityandcultivatingpeople.Inviewoftheproblemsofcognitiveone-sidedness，goalambiguityandcontent splicinginthetraditionalCIPcoursesofthemechanicsofmaterials，thispaperintendstocombinetheaward-winingexperince of "CIPof Mechanics Courses in National Higher Education ScholsCaseDisplayActivity：Outstanding CIPCases，ClassA"，to exploreanewDNA（DeoxyriboNucleicAcid）chainCIPconstructionscheme，whichintegratesscateredknowledgepointsin diferentchapterswithCIPelements，constructsateachingsystemthatcomprehensivelycombinesknowledge learningandCIP education，andthisschemehasbendiscussedindetailusingseveralspecificcases.Thecombinationoftheoreticalknowledge andCIPelementsbasedontheDNAchainformwillbreakthelimitationsoftraditionaleducationthatonlyfocusesonthe knowledgeimparting，developstudents’thinkingabilityindepth，andinspirestudentstoservethecountrythroughscienceand technology with responsibility and mission.
