Abstract:Digitaleconomyisplayinganimportantroleinoptimizingteaching methodsandefectiveness,whilealsoplacing higherdemandsonthecultivationoftalentsinthefieldofeconomicsandmanagement.Atpresent,theproblemsofcultivating talentsinthefieldofeconomicsandmanagementandthedigitalreformofcourseteachingaregraduallybecomingprominent. Therearedificultiessuchasimprecisedevelopmentofdigitaltechnologyrelativelysingleevaluationandassessmentmethods, insuficientinnovationindigitalteachingmodels,fragmentedteachingproceses,andobviousdiferentiationindigital empowermentofclasroomsubjects.Inviewofthis,itisurgenttodevelopfolowingexplorationsintheteachingrefomof managementcoursesunderthebackgroundofdigitalization:clarifythemainbotlenecksintheteachingprocessand implementingbigdatatoempowerapplicationscenarios;optimizetheteachingteamandintegratetheimprovementof teachers' digitalliteracyintotheteachingprocess;promotethetransformationofinteligentevaluationandestablishaninteligent comprehnsiveteachingevaluationsystem;developanintegratedprecisionteachingsupportsystembasedonthe teachingand learningneedsofuniversitymanagementcourses;buildanetworksystemforteachingandlearinginthefieldofeconomicsand management,and conceptualize personalized learning content for students.
