Abstract：InordertodeplyimplementthespiritofGeneralSecretaryXiJinpingscongratulatorylettrtoHarbinInstitute ofTechnologyontheOOthanniversaryofitsfounding，andgiveplaytotheleadingroleofthespiritofthecongratulatoryeter intheconstructionofideologicalandpoliticalteachinginthecuriculum，takingthecourseRobotSensorTechnologyasan example，thispaperdiscussesthegoalofideologicalandpolicaleducation，thedesignofideologicalandpoliticaleleentsof thecuriculumaswellasthedesignofteachingandpracticallinksofideologicalandpolialofthecuriculuminthecourses ofengineringmajor，whichintegratethespiritofthecongratulatoryleter，andproposestheoveralldesignideaandconcrete implementationplansoftheideologicalandpoliticalteachingreformofthecourseRobotSensorTechnologywiththe characteristics of Harbin Institute of Technology.
